SHIPPING AND HANDLING

International shipping is available at The Imperial Room. After dispatching your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. For shipping updates, please log into your account. Although we anticipate no delays once shipped, unforeseen circumstances may arise. Should there be any delay, contact us for assistance in tracking your parcel.

Shipping fees are determined at checkout, based on your package's size/weight and destination. To view your specific rate, add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. We ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding major US holidays. Please note that carrier-provided shipping time frames are only estimates and do not account for handling time at our warehouse. Allow 5-7 business days for in-stock orders to receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number. Processing times may increase for large orders or those placed during holidays or sales events. Once checkout is complete, orders are processed immediately, and no changes (cancellations, additions, or removals) can be made.

Orders are dispatched securely via third-party carriers like UPS and USPS. Once an order leaves our facility, we cannot assume responsibility or control over its delivery. Our shipments are not insured and do not offer scheduled delivery or signature confirmation. Select a secure delivery address to ensure safe receipt of your orders. We cannot provide more details than what your tracking information offers, nor can we influence the carrier's handling of your package after it's been picked up, during transit, or upon delivery. If you cannot locate your delivery, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. For damaged products upon arrival, email us at theimperialroom@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging, including your order number.

The products we sell at The Imperial Room are of the highest quality and are intended for use by trained nail professionals and/or registered students. These products cannot be found in retail stores.
