Shipping & Handling Policy
The Imperial Room offers both U.S. and international shipping. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.
Processing & Handling
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding U.S. holidays).
- Please allow 5–7 business days for in-stock items to be processed and assigned a tracking number.
- Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or for large orders.
- Once checkout is complete, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
Delivery & Carriers
- We ship through UPS, USPS, and other third-party carriers.
- Standard U.S. shipping: 7–14 business days (no signature required; may be delayed during holidays).
- Shipping timeframes are estimates and do not include handling time.
- The Imperial Room is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier errors. Please contact the carrier directly if your order is delayed or missing.
Damages
If your order arrives damaged, email us at theimperialroom@gmail.com with photos of the product, packaging, and your order number.
