RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the impact of COVID-19, please note that we have extended our returns window to 14 days once business resumes as normal. For any questions regarding your return please contact us at theimperialroom@gmail.com. One of our agents will be happy to assist you. 

Items bought on theimperialroom.us will gladly be accepted for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. All merchandise must be received back unopened, in new and unused condition, with all original tags, seal and labels attached. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs. All tags must be attached when returned. 

Please note:

• There is no return or exchange on all sale items.
• In the event your item is damaged or defected, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process a return or exchange. 
• We are not responsible for returned/lost package if wrong address was provided by customer. Please double check your address before placing your order.
