Jade Tang is a Vietnamese-American Master Nail Artist, educator, and founder of The Imperial Room – a boutique nail academy and professional product line that’s changing the game for nail techs. Now based in Florida and a proud mother of three, Jade has over 20 years of experience turning tiny nail canvases into breathtaking art. With her bubbly, down-to-earth personality and a following of 100,000+ on Instagram, she’s become an influential figure in the nail industry. Through The Imperial Room, Jade channels her passion into empowering fellow nail technicians – helping them level up their skills, build thriving businesses, and truly nail their careers (pun intended!).

    Jade Tang started her journey in family-owned Vietnamese salons, where she saw the struggles many nail techs still face today—expensive tools, limited access to advanced training, and an industry that often gatekeeps its best resources.

    After getting licensed, she quickly realized traditional nail schools only taught the basics. She craved real-world techniques and business knowledge but didn’t know where to find it. So, she pursued it herself.

    With over 15 certifications from elite brands like Akzentz, Swarovski Beauty Academy, Kupa, and Brillbird, Jade became more than an artist—she became a trusted educator determined to share what she had learned.

  • Shaping the Future of Nail Artistry

    With over 15 years in luxury salons and a client list that includes celebrities and influencers, Jade has turned her craft into a calling. Her talent and dedication led to partnerships with top global brands like Young Nails, Akzentz, and Brillbird.

    She made history as one of the first 20 Authorized Swarovski Nail Educators in the U.S.—and their first Vietnamese American educator.

    Today, she teaches hundreds of nail artists each year through hands-on workshops, 1:1 mentorship, and trade show appearances. Her training blends high-level technique with business strategy—covering everything from pricing and social media to product troubleshooting and client experience.
